Clause 13

by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) A Committee may, on its own motion, by written order make an exclusion order against a person if it comes to the attention of the Committee that the person has a poor credit record.”;

by deleting the words “or (2)” in subsections (4) and (5); and

by deleting the words “the person satisfies subsection (1)(a), (b) or (c)” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “the circumstances in subsection (1) exist in relation to that person”.
