Repeal and re-enactment of section 168
Section 168 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Notification of family exclusion order or exclusion order
168. As soon as practicable after a family exclusion order or an exclusion order is made, varied or revoked under this Part, the Council shall notify the following persons of the order or the variation or revocation thereof, as the case may be:
(a)
the applicant, in the case of a family exclusion order;
(b)
the Authority;
(c)
the Commissioner of Police; and
(d)
every casino operator.”.
