Amendment of section 197
Section 197 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in subsection (1), the words “(other than a fine imposed under Part IX or any regulations made thereunder)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in subsection (2), the words “(other than a penalty payable under Part IX or any regulations made thereunder)”.
