Amendment of section 2
Section 2(1) of the Casino Control Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a) of the definition of “excluded person”;
(b)
by inserting, at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of “excluded person”, the word “or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)section 165A;”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “gaming machine”, the following definition:“ “Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore” means the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore established under section 3 of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 138A);”.
