Saving and transitional provision
Where an application has been made to the High Court or a Judge thereof for any order or direction under section 12(7) of the principal Act before the date of commencement of the International Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2009, the principal Act shall continue to apply to that application as if sections 3 and 4 had not been enacted.
