Amendment of section 197

Section 197(6) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “an officer” in paragraph (a), the words “or a senior military expert”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the officer”, the words “, senior military expert”.
