Amendment of section 60

Section 60 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Disciplinary Committees” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “Disciplinary Tribunals”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) The Medical Council may invest moneys belonging to its funds in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act (Cap. 1).”.
