Clause 12

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Schedule reference and substituting the following Schedule reference:“Sections 2 and 13”;

(b)

by deleting the Schedule heading and substituting the following Schedule heading:“SUBJECT MATTERS”; and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 43 and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:“44. Utilities.”.
