Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “ditch, fence, posts, marked trees, stones” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “drains, fence”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Erection and repair of wall, bank, etc.”.
