Notice of inquiry
(1)
A Coroner who is to hold a pre-inquiry review or an inquiry may cause a notice to be served on any properly interested person.
(2)
Any such notice shall state the date, time and place of the pre-inquiry review or inquiry and shall be served on any properly interested person within a reasonable period.
