Acts forming one offence but when combined form different offence
If several acts of which one or more than one would by itself or themselves constitute an offence but when combined constitute a different offence, the person accused of them may be charged with and tried at one trial for the offence constituted by those acts when combined or for any offence constituted by any one or more of those acts.Illustration A robs B, and in doing so voluntarily hurts him. A may be separately charged with offences under sections 323, 392 and 394 of the Penal Code and he may be tried at one trial for those offences.
