Clause 194

If, at the criminal case disclosure conference held on the date referred to in section 192(1), the accused is not represented by an advocate, the Registrar of the Supreme Court must explain to him, in accordance with the prescribed form, what he may do under section 193(1), the effect of section 196 and the consequences provided under section 209.
