Procedure when court designated is High Court
(1)
If the court so designated is the High Court, the Public Prosecutor shall, with his fiat, send to the Magistrate’s Court a signed charge as required by section 123(7) which shall be annexed to and form part of the record.
(2)
The Magistrate’s Court shall forthwith serve a copy of that charge on the accused.
