Clause 205

If the Public Prosecutor has by his fiat designated the High Court for the trial of the accused, he may nevertheless by subsequent fiat addressed to the High Court designate some other court for the trial, and sections 201(2), 203 and 204 shall then take effect as if the previous fiat had not been issued.
