Clause 17

Consequential amendment to Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act

Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act (Cap. 277) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (d), the following sub-paragraph:“(da)section 3 of the Hostage-Taking Act 2010;”.
