Clause 9

Amendment of section 19

Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “subsections (2) and (3)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “subsection (2)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d) of subsection (1), the following paragraph:“(da)fails to comply with any provisional order confirmed under section 19A;”; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (3).
