Amendment of section 13A
Section 13A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “grant an application for, or to renew or reinstate,” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “grant, renew or reinstate”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The Board may give, to any person entitled to exercise any power referred to in subsection (1), such information concerning any member of the Fund as may be necessary to facilitate the exercise of that power by that person in relation to that member.”.
