Amendment of section 140
Section 140(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (n); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (o) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(p)prescribing the fees, costs and charges that may be imposed for the purposes of this Act, where no provision has already been made therefor in any of the foregoing provisions.”.
