Clause 22

Amendment of Private Security Industry Act

Section 13 of the Private Security Industry Act (Cap. 250A) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(e)regulating traffic under the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276).”.
