Clause 35

Duration of licence and registration

Subject to the provisions of this Act —

(a)

an estate agent’s licence shall be for such period not exceeding 3 years as the Council may decide; and

(b)

the registration of a salesperson shall be for such period not exceeding 3 years as the Council may decide.
