Amendment of section 22
Section 22 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 21” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 19(8) or 21”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “with another notice” in subsection (4), the words “not later than 5 years after the serving of such notice on the owner of the property”.
