Clause 19

Except where expressly provided in this Part, the provisions of the Legal Aid and Advice Act (Cap. 160) and the Legal Aid and Advice Regulations (Cap. 160, Rg 1) shall apply (so far as relevant) in relation to the provision of legal aid and legal advice under this Part as they apply to the provision of legal aid and legal advice under the Legal Aid and Advice Act, with such exceptions, modifications and adaptations as the Minister may prescribe.
