Amendment of section 115

Section 115(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (i) and (q);

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the words “to equip” in paragraph (o), the words “, if necessary,”; and

(c)

by deleting the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (p) and substituting a full-stop.
