Amendment of section 19

Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Subject to subsection (2) and except” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “Except”;

(b)

by deleting the words “6 months” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “3 years”; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (2).
