Clause 14

Section 29(2) of the Charities Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)an order discharging or removing a governing board member or key officer or trustee if the Commissioner is of the opinion that it is unnecessary and not in the interest of the charity to give publicity to the proposal to discharge or remove the governing board member or key officer or trustee.”.
