Amendment of section 27

Section 27(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Where the Minister”, the words “or the Controller, as the case may be,”;

(b)

by deleting the words “imposed by the Minister”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “he may” and substituting the words “the Minister may”.
