Clause 6

by deleting “$2,500” in section 2(2) and substituting “$4,500”;

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3) of section 115, the following subsection:“(3A) Where the employee is employed in a managerial or an executive position, an order for the payment of money under subsection (1) shall not exceed $20,000.”; and

by deleting paragraph (a) of section 120 and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)being an employee and a member of a trade union that has been given recognition under Part III of the Industrial Relations Act (Cap. 136) by the employer of the employee, may be represented by an officer of the trade union; and”.
