Clause 5

Section 10 of the principal Act is amended by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the District Court may adopt such measures as it deems relevant or appropriate for the enforcement of maintenance orders made under this Act.”.
