Amendment of section 132
Section 132(1) of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c); and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(e)an order has been made under section 121E or 121G and has not been rescinded or complied with,”.
