Clause 15

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a) of the definition of “order of court”; and

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of “order of court”, the word “or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)an order made under section 121G of the Women’s Charter, being an order which the court could have made under section 112 of the Women’s Charter;”.
