Amendment of section 45
Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “family conference” wherever they appear in subsections (1) to (4) and in the section heading and substituting in each case the words “juvenile case conference”; and
(b)
by deleting “$1,000” in subsection (5) and substituting “$2,000”.
