Clause 36

Section 72 of the Private Education Act 2009 (Act 21 of 2009) is amended by deleting paragraph (j) and substituting the following paragraph:“(j)any place of safety or juvenile rehabilitation centre approved, appointed or established under the Children and Young Persons Act (Cap. 38) or any approved institution approved under section 12 of the Probation of Offenders Act (Cap. 252), respectively, and the respective managers thereof.”.
