Amendment of section 12
Section 12(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(c)for prescribing the form of the orders to be made under this Act; and
(d)
for prescribing the fees payable for the provision of a copy of the notes of evidence and any decision recorded under section 8D(1)(j).”.
