by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a); and

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)in the case of any trade dispute relating to the re-employment of any eligible employee under the Retirement and Re-employment Act (Cap. 274A), the tripartite guidelines relating to re-employment issued by the Minister under section 11B of that Act.”.
