Amendment of section 13

Section 13(3) of the Parliamentary Elections Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “provisions of the Constitution,” the words “or on being informed by the Registrar-General of Births and Deaths that any person is dead,”.
