Amendment of section 14

Section 14 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$100” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “$1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both”; and

(b)

by deleting “$200” in subsection (6) and substituting the words “$1,500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 9 months or to both”.
