Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$100” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “$1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “3 years” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “12 months”.
