Clause 41

Amendment of section 104

Section 104 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$50” in subsection (2) and substituting “$1,000”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) The offence under subsection (2) shall be a seizable offence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68).”.
