Clause 12

Consequential and related amendments to Stamp Duties Act

The Stamp Duties Act (Cap. 312) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or 84E” in section 22(6)(g) and substituting the words “, 84E or 84FA”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Part VI of the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Cap. 158)” in the definition of “Strata Titles Board” in section 22(9) and substituting the words “the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (Cap. 30C)”; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (2) of section 24.
