Amendment of section 84B

Section 84B of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a Board” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “the High Court or a Board”; (b)by deleting subsection (3); and

(c)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Effect of order of High Court or Board”.
