Clause 70

The Minister may by order published in the Gazette, either generally or in any particular case, and subject to such conditions as he may impose, exempt any person, amusement ride, installation works, modification works or relocation works from all or any of the provisions of this Act.

The Minister may at any time by order published in the Gazette revoke an exemption granted under this section.
