Amendment of section 10

Section 10(26) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “woman” and substituting the word “individual”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “section 9”, the words “or 12B”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “her” and substituting the word “his”.
