Amendment of section 43ZE

Section 43ZE of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “on or after 1st April 2010” in subsection (1)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “in the period between 1st April 2010 and 31st May 2011 (both dates inclusive)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “31st March 2015” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “31st May 2011”.
