Amendment of heading to Part XXA

Part XXA of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “DOUBLE TAXATION ARRANGEMENTS” in the Part heading, the words “AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ARRANGEMENTS”.
