Clause 71

Consequential amendment to Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act

Section 66(1) of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act (Cap. 86) is amended by deleting the words “or 43ZE” in the definition of “concessionary income” and substituting the words “, 43ZE or 43ZF”.
