Amendment of section 26C

Section 26C of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “returned paid-up share capital” in subsections (1), (2) and (3), the words “, proceeds of sale”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “dividends, capital” in subsection (1), the word “, proceeds”.
