Amendment of section 26D
Section 26D of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “returned paid-up share capital” in subsections (1) to (4), the words “, proceeds of sale”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “dividends, capital” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2), the word “, proceeds”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “returned paid-up share capital” in paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of “proper claimant” in subsection (5), the words “, proceeds of sale”.
