Clause 22

Amendment of section 39

Section 39 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:“(ca)provide, in respect of each class of members of the Scheme, for the amount of money for which a member of the Scheme may be insured under the Scheme;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “provide” in paragraphs (d) and (e), the words “, in respect of each class of members of the Scheme,”.
