Consequential amendments to Road Traffic Act
The Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276, 2004 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the definition of “motor spirit” in section 2(1) and substituting the following definition:“ “motor fuel” has the same meaning as in the Customs Act (Cap. 70);”;
(b)
by deleting the words “motor spirit in the fuel tank” in section 6(1)(f)(iii) and substituting the words “motor fuel in any fuel tank”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “motor spirit in the fuel supply tank” in section 6A(1), (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “motor fuel in any fuel supply tank”.
