Amendment of section 34
Section 34(2) of the Customs Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the word “petroleum” in paragraph (d), the words “motor fuel or”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “the fuel supply tank” in paragraph (d)(i)(A) and substituting the words “a fuel supply tank”.
